“某个地方有什么”是英语里出场率极高的句型——聊住处、订酒店（有没有阳台？）、看房源介绍，全靠它。中文说“有”，英语说 There is / There are，这节课一次拿下。

💡 要点 1：“某处有什么”别说 have——一个东西用 There is（口语缩读 There's），两个以上用 There are。看后面的名词是单数还是复数就行。
💡 要点 2：提问把 is 挪到前面：Is there a balcony? 答 Yes, there is. / No, there isn't. 否定就是 There isn't...
💡 要点 3：房间词汇三兄弟：living room（客厅）、bedroom（卧室）、kitchen（厨房）。再加 bathroom（卫生间），你家就说全了。
